William E. Bryce, 91, of Kerrville, Texas passed away on December 12, 2020 in Kerrville. He was born in Sacramento, California on May 13, 1929 to Virgil L. and Lillie Schwartz Bryce. \r\nWilliam Bryce went into the newly formed United States Air Force in 1948. After training, he went to Germany serving in the historic Berlin Airlift. He continued to honorably serve in the US Air Force for twenty-two years. William Bryce was a long time resident of Bandera, Texas and was a member of the City Council of Bandera for numerous years.\r\nWilliam E. Bryce was preceded in death by his wife, Marlene and his parents, Lillie and Virgil Bryce.\r\nHe is survived by his step-daughter, Tina Grogg.\r\nInterment will be scheduled at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas. \r\n
