William Scott Anderson passed away at the home of his parents, Gene and Debbie Wehmeyer. Scott was born in Kerrville, Texas, on September 2, 1972. He was 48 years old. He grew up in Bandera, where he attended school from kindergarten through high school. After graduation, Scott enlisted in the United States Air Force, and served in security during Desert Storm. After the Air Force, Scott received his Associate's degree in Cyber Security. Scott was an incredibly gifted artist.\r\n\r\nScott is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Barbara Tomlinson. He is survived by his parents, Gene and Debbie Wehmeyer, his sisters Colby (Jason) Craig and Kristy (Joshua) Young, and his step-sister, Sharon (Bruce) Homoya and a loving daughter. Scott also leaves his nieces and nephews who he adored: Madison Young, Chloe Young, Cooper Young, Lauren Craig, Hannah Homoya, and Trey Homoya.\r\n\r\nThe family will be having a memorial for Scott at a later date.
