Wendell H. Rees Jr., 80, of Kerrville, Texas passed away on February 26, 2020 in Kerrville. A Memorial Service will be Friday, March 6, 2020, 10:00 AM at Grimes Funeral Chapels, Bandera, Texas. Sr. Pastor Martin Smith of Bandera Church of Christ will officiate.
