Wallace Milton Foster, 90, of Kerrville, Texas passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2017. He was born in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to Thane and Grace Foster on December 19, 1926. He married the love of his life, Bessie Hoover Foster, on August 23, 1951.\r\n \r\nHe graduated from Okmulgee Oklahoma High School and was a veteran of World War II, serving in the United States Navy as an Aviation Ordanceman Third Class, receiving the Victory Medal and the American Campaign Medal.\r\n \r\nHe was a member of the Kerrville Masonic Lodge #697 and was honored to serve as Worshipful Master. He was a long-time volunteer at the V.A. Hospital in Kerrville, serving over 5000 volunteer hours.\r\n \r\nWallace was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Nadine; and his beloved wife, Bess.\r\n \r\nWallace is survived by son, James H. Foster and spouse, Jean; and his daughter, Vikki Ross and spouse, Timothy. He is also survived by his five grandchildren, Jason Foster, Jessica Ferguson, Lindsay Monk, Jamie Hogan, and Britt Wegman; and his twelve great-grandchildren, Jace Ferguson, Jayden Ferguson, Julia Ferguson, Liam Hogan, Barrett Hogan, Miles Hogan, Averi Monk, Jill Monk, Hunter Wegman, Foster Wegman, Samuel Foster, and Elijah Foster.\r\n \r\n
