Vernice "Vince" Vincent passed away on October 25, 2015 at the age of 91. Vince was born in Earles, Kentucky on January 21, 1924. He served in the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers for three years and, after discharge, completed his B.S. and Master's degree in Business at the University of Houston. Vince worked for air conditioning and heating manufacturers, selling their equipment until his retirement in 1991. He was a lifetime member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers. He was also an avid photographer and skilled woodworker.\r\n\r\nVince married Mary Marie Hutchinson in 1953 in Maryland. They were married for 55 years, living in San Antonio, Houston and Kerrville. They moved to Kerrville in 1992 and lived in Vicksburg Village where they attended the First United Methodist Church.\r\n\r\nVince is survived by his son, Thomas and his grandchildren, Alyssa and Milo, and his daughter, Mandy. \r\n\r\nThe family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 28, from 10 am to 12 noon at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Kerrville.
