Troy Franklin

Troy Andrew Franklin passed away Saturday, February 9, 2019 in Cove, Texas. He was 30 years of age.\r\n\r\nTroy was born December 26, 1988 the son of John Rollie Cagle, III and Mary Ellen Franklin in San Antonio, Texas.\r\n\r\nHe was preceded in death by his father John Rollie Cagle, III; his aunt Roseanna Hemby; his grandfathers Randolph Harold Franklin and John Rollie Cagle, II; and another aunt Patricia Franklin and his uncle Carey Craig. \r\n\r\nTroy is survived by his mother Mary Ellen Hall and her husband Dana; his son Tracen John Franklin; his step daughter Nevaeh Syer; maternal grandmother Rosie Lee Franklin; paternal grandmother Katherine Marie Anderson; brothers Aaron Dale Fox and Baley James Cagle; maternal aunts and uncles Margaret Paradowski and husband Stan, Janet Tedford and husband Rodney, Randy Franklin and wife Sharon, Lorrie Myers and husband Eugene, Dale Franklin, Eddie Franklin and wife CC, Kathleen Franklin, Walter Franklin and wife Jenny, Wanda Love and husband Benny, Sandra Craig, Susan Corder and husband Carey; paternal uncles Brandt Thibidoux and Kenneth Todd Thibidoux; many, many cousins, extended family members and friends.\r\n\r\nA Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Grimes Funeral Chapels of Bandera with Robert Garrett officiating.
