Tim Allen Ford, age 58 of Bandera, TX, passed away January 3, 2021. He was preceded in death by his mother, Harriet M. Ford and the love of his life, Judy Yarbrough.\r\n\r\nHe is survived by his father, Charles C. Ford (Pat), a brother, Charles R. Ford (Susie), a sister, Patricia S. Crawley (Jeff), a son, Ross Allen Ford (Randi), and, several nephews, nieces, and cousins.\r\n\r\nTim said: "I was born in Texas and I will die in Texas" and he did. He loved the people of Texas, their beliefs and laid back way of life. He had a huge heart and would give you his last dollar (literally).\r\n\r\nHe was a protector; he would defend his family no matter what. He had a deep booming voice and laugh which will be missed.\r\n\r\nHe always had interesting jobs: River barges (working as a hand and eventually piloting them), mechanic, over the road truck driver, and welder. He was very good at all of them and had a great work ethic. \r\n\r\nHe was good with his hands. He could take anything apart, modify it, put back together and it would work better than before. He loved cars and motorcycles. He liked to work with leather and made some beautiful coin purses, belts and even a picture of a leopard stamped in leather and painted. I believe it won a ribbon at the Tulsa State Fair.\r\n\r\nHe was a very basic person. Almost always wore a smile, jeans, t-shirt, and a baseball cap. \r\n\r\nHe will be missed!!\r\n
