Teodora Soto Robb, 76, passed away on April 13, 2021 in Boerne, Texas. She was born on August 5, 1944 to Guadalupe and Mauro Soto, Sr. in Brownsville, Texas. She was a 1964 graduate of Bandera High School. Teodora Robb is survived by her brother, Mauro Soto Jr. of Bandera, Texas and her very good friend, Larry Logan. There is no funeral service planned at this time.
