Shirley Mcdougall

Shirley Ann McDougall, age 76 of Kerrville, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2016 in a local care center. She was born November 27, 1939 in Fredericksburg to Chester and Norma (Ruff) Boos. On December 26, 1954, she married James Carroll McDougall in Fredericksburg.\r\n \r\nShirley was a homemaker who loved to sew and work in the yard. She also loved the Dallas Cowboys.\r\n \r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents; and by her husband, James, on August 30, 2015.\r\n \r\nSurvivors include daughter, Starla Tinnin of Kerrville; brother, Kermit Boos and wife, Laverne of Fredericksburg; grandson, Travis Tinnin; and great granddaughter, Melody Hope Tinnin.\r\n \r\nServices will be held 10 AM, Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Grimes Funeral Chapels officiated by Rev. Chris Christopherson. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.\r\n \r\nIn lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.\r\n
