Sam Hill Jr.

Samuel (Sam) Bernard Hill Jr., 72, of Hunt, passed away on April 29th, 2019 in San Antonio. Sam was born in San Antonio to Samuel Bernard Hill and Sara Meade on October 23rd, 1946 and preceded in death by his parents and brother, Robert Hill. \r\n\r\nHe served two tours in Vietnam as a Seabee in the Navy. He traveled the world, but loved being home in the Hill Country. \r\n\r\nSam is survived by his daughter, Kathren Hill, step-mother, Alianza Hill and family near and far.\r\n\r\nThe service will be held at 1:00 pm on May 11th, 2019 at the Presbyterian Church in Ingram.\r\n\r\nMemorials may be given in Sam's honor to the Gary Sinise Foundation or the Wounded Warrior Project. \r\n
