Rudolph Wheatfall, Sr., age 85 of Kerrville, Texas passed away Monday, March 13, 2017 in Kerrville. He was born in Navasota, TX to Earl & Tealure Wheatfall on April 3, 1931. He was married to Dora Wheatfall on April 6, 1956 in Kerrville, TX\r\n He went to school in Navasota, TX. He worked in building maintenance at the Kerrville VA hospital for 30 years. He was a veteran of the Korean War and served in the Army 1952-1954. \r\n Rudolph was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Dora; his parents, Earl & Tealure Wheatfall and eight siblings, Joshua, Ella Mae, James, Marie, Earline, Ulysses, Kermit and A.C.\r\n Rudolph is survived by daughter, Dian (Val), sons, Rudolph, Jr. (Gloria), Robert (Carolyn) & Milton (Liz); one brother, Bobby (Dorothy) and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.\r\n Visitation will be all day Thursday, March 16, 2017 at Grimes Funeral Chapels.\r\n Funeral services will be held in Navasota, TX at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church on Saturday, March 18, 2017. Burial will follow at Woods Cemetery.\r\n
