Robert Deaton

Robert H. (Bob) Deaton, age 82 of Kerrville, passed away Monday, August 21, 2017 in a local care center. He was born August 4, 1935 in Corsicana, TX to Bessie and Luther Carl Deaton, who preceded him in death.\r\n \r\nHe married Mary Cry Deaton on December 16, 1960 in Dallas, TX. \r\n \r\nBob moved to Kerrville in 1978 to be close to his deer lease. He worked at Mooney for 15 years, until his retirement.\r\n \r\nHe is survived by his wife, Mary Cry Deaton; two sons, Kevin Deaton and wife, Robin and Blane Deaton and wife, Carey; 3 grandsons, Ben Deaton, Mason Deaton, and Adam Deaton; 2 granddaughters, Jessica Griffin and Jordan LaFour; great-granddaughter, Alice May Deaton; and great-grandson, Carter Robert Deaton. \r\n \r\nNo services will be held.\r\n
