Richard Lee Daffron, 81, of Center Point, Texas, passed away February 3, 2020 in Kerrville, Texas.\r\n\r\nHe was born in Wichita, Kansas on May 3, 1938 to Verne Lee Daffron and Helen Mae Daffron.\r\n\r\nHe married Angenell Lois Daffron on December 4, 2000 in Llano, Texas.\r\n\r\nRichard went to school in Wichita, Kansas. He was an auto body mechanic for 60 years and was owner of Shapes in Fiberglass. He was a corpsman in the Navy, a Vietnam Veteran and was honorably discharged. He was of the Methodist faith.\r\n\r\nHe was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Douglas Daffron.\r\n\r\nHe is survived by wife, Angenell Daffron; daughter, Ricki Ann Daffron; son, Richard L. Daffron Jr.; brother, Don Daffron; grandchildren, Amanda Daffron and Sarah West; step-grandchild, Tasha Barnes; step-daughter, Cheryl Barnes; great-grandchildren, Freya Jewell, Kimberly West, and George Hampton Jr.\r\n\r\nMemorial services will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Open Arms Ministries officiated by Pastor Thomas Jeffers.
