Priscilla Laura Mills

Priscilla Laura Mills, 97, of Pipe Creek, Texas, passed away on February 17, 2024, in Boerne, Texas. She was born in Detroit, Michigan, to John Willard Huntley Oliphant and Priscilla Louise Kerner on February 7, 1927.

She Married Thomas Estyl Mills on October 23,1945 in Florida. 

Priscilla was an active member in the Castle Lake volunteer fire department, while still being a beloved housewife who was known for her deep love for her family. Those who were close to Priscilla will always remember her as the epitome of warmth and love. Her home was not just a place but a sanctuary of love and laughter, where she poured her heart into creating a haven for her family. Her smile could light up even the darkest of days, making everyone around her feel cherished and valued.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Priscilla is survived by her daughter Evelyn Laura Elliott and her son Thomas Estyl Mills Jr.; 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Monday 11:00 AM February 26, 2024, at Bandera Cemetery.

 In lieu of flowers the family wishes for a tree to be planted in her name.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Grimes Bandera Funeral Chapel.
