Phyllis Ann North Miller, born July 6, 1938, went to meet her Lord on Wednesday, April 4, 2018. She was 79 years young.\r\n \r\nShe was most affectionately known as Fifi by all her friends but her family knew her as their Mimi.\r\n \r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Elsie North; all four of her siblings, Mary North, Marilyn Parker, Lee and Edward North; and by a daughter, Deborah Lynn Inselmann.\r\n \r\nShe is survived by her children, Don (Sharon) Inselmann of San Antonio, Darryl Inselmann of Ingram, Dana Inselmann of Ingram and Doug (Bernadette) Inselmann of San Antonio; grandchildren, Troy Inselmann, Kerri Inselmann, Kevin (Misti) Sutton, Shawna Archer, Michael (Ashley) Inselmann, Travis Inselmann, Doug Inselmann Jr. and Julie Ann Inselmann; and 12 great-grandchildren. She also is survived by one uncle, Edgar (Mary) Richter of Austin; sister-in-law, Dodie North of Kerrville; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.\r\n \r\nShe was a fifth generation of Kerr County and enjoyed living her life at her homestead in Mountain Home where she loved the serenity of the Hill Country. Her hunting and cooking, including canning, was her passion but all those who knew Fifi, knew that being Mimi brought her the greatest joy in life.\r\n \r\nVisitation will be held from 6-8 PM, Friday, April 13, 2018 at Grimes Funeral Chapels.\r\n \r\nServices will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Grimes Funeral Chapels. Burial will be held privately.\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n
