BMC, Phillip "Chief" Ray Graham, Retired USN, formerly of Bandera, Texas, passed away on July 10, 2015, in Houston, Texas. He was born December 16, 1940, to Kenneth and Irene Graham in Fayetteville, AR. He joined the United States Navy on November 10, 1959, and retired December 31, 1980, with 21 years of service. He was a Vietnam Veteran with several tours under his belt. He married Donna J Hall on April 1, 1966, in Reno, Nevada.\r\n\r\nPhillip is preceded in death by his wife Donna Graham and his parents Kenneth and Irene Graham .\r\n\r\nPhillip is survived by his daughters, Phyllis Pike and her husband Robert of Bellville, Texas, Barbara Haines and her husband Jeremy Haines of Magnolia, Texas; brother, Jerry Graham and wife Bonnie of Danville, AR.; sister Connie Neumau of Pasco, WA.; grandchildren, Brandon and Ashley Pike, Caitlyn Pike and Adam Kolojaco, Dylan Haines and Shelby Haines; great-grandchildren, Keaton Pike, Braxton Kolojaco and Reagan Kolojaco; aunt, Anita Lynch of Tonitown, AR., and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.\r\n\r\nA celebration of life will be held August 15, 2015, in Bellville, Texas, with burial at sea by the United States Navy to follow. \r\n\r\n[contact-form-7 id="73" title="Send Condolences"]
