Patricia J. Morris, 91, formerly of Columbus, Indiana and Kerrville, Texas, passed away on February 16, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born in Minneapolis to Mr. Vere Dale McRoberts and Mrs. Esther McRoberts on August 17, 1925. She married Glen Max Morris on April 29, 1947 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.\r\n \r\nShe graduated from University of Minnesota with a BA in Advertising, and was a member of the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority. A homemaker, she had been actively involved in several civic organizations including Tri Kappa, the Harrison Lake Whippoorwill Garden Club and Welcome Wagon. She was an avid quilter and involved in many arts and crafts organizations over the years and received multiple awards for her achievements.\r\n \r\nPatricia J. Morris is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Glen Max Morris; daughter, Nancy G. Skarich; and son-in-law, Mark A. Skarich. \r\n \r\nShe is survived by children, Michael and Beverly L. Morris, Stephen and Tiffany N. Morris, Karen A. Morris and Alan Qi; grandchildren, Margaret and Randy Joos, Jennifer and Eric Calvert, Julie and Branden McCauley, Jill Delair, Jeff Morris, Matthew and Amanda Morris, Miriam and Adam Strickland, Sarah Morris-Qi; 13 great grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Judy and Bill Mann and their family.\r\n \r\nPatricia will be buried at Garland Brook Cemetery in Columbus, Indiana. \r\n \r\nMemorial donations may be given to the Alzheimer's Foundation at http://www.alzfdn.org .
