Patricia Lee Adamson

Patricia Lee Adamson, of Bandera, Texas, passed away on March 16, 2025, in Bandera, Texas. She was born in Alameda, California to Calvin and Dorothy Callahan on October 30, 1944. She was married to Virgil Rodney Adamson on February 24, 1963, in Bandera, Texas.

She loved her family and was devoted to her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She graduated from Bandera High School and was an avid miniaturist who loved creating amazing dioramas and dollhouses. She served on both the Bandera ISD school board and the Bandera Historical Commission.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Ethel Marie Callahan, and her parents, Calvin and Dorothy Callahan.

She is survived by her husband Rodney Adamson, daughter, Michelle Barnet and her husband David Barnet, daughter, Charmaine Wise and her husband Allen Wise, son, Mark Adamson and his wife Sonya Adamson, daughter, Sharon Sandidge and her husband Tobey Sandidge, brother, Thomas Callahan, sister, Beth Brown and her husband Robert Brown, sister, Bunny Erfurt and her husband, Artie Erfurt, grandsons, Chris Adamson, Charles Barnet, Braxton Wise, Calvin Sandidge, Nolan Sandidge, Ethan Adamson, Logan Adamson; granddaughters Myrissa Dees and Natalie Landry, great grandsons Jedidiah Dees and Beau Wise, and great granddaughters Addison Wise and Laurel Wise.

Rosary will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, March 20 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. Funeral mass will immediately follow at the St. Stanislaus Catholic Church with Father Frank Kurzaj officiating. Burial will follow at the St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery adjacent to the church, with a reception in the church hall after.

Pallbearers will be Chris Adamson, Charles Barnet, Braxton Wise, Calvin Sandidge, Nolan Sandidge, Ethan Adamson, Logan Adamson and Jedidiah Dees.

Memorials and donations may be given to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. The family of Patricia wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the hospice nurses of Crest Palliative and Hospice Care.
