Nola Mae Bledsoe, 75, of Bandera, passed away on January 28, 2017 in Bandera. She was born in Delmar, Alabama to Nola and Eulis Barton on July 9, 1941. She Married Phillip Wayne Bledsoe on July 7, 1977 in San Antonio, Texas.\r\n\r\nNola is preceded in death by her parents; one brother; her husband, Phillip Wayne Bledsoe and her son, Mark Allen Avallone.\r\n\r\nShe is survived by her daughter, Sherry Nola Avallone; sons Michael Lee Avallone, Timothy William Avallone; sister, Leila Heap; brothers, Jimmy Barton and his wife, Connie, David Barton; 18, grandchildren, Christopher, David, Joe, Hope, Jessica, Erin, Samantha, Jacob, Zachary, Jaylen, Katie, Tim, Jr., Faith, Kevin, Landon, Chisty, Christopher B. and Jesse; 12, great granchildren, Olivia, Hailey, Jonus, Austin, Taylor, Aubree, Zoey, Lea, Ailynn, Carmen, Eli and Noah; Also Phillips Children, Eric, Marc Gene, Theresa, Marcia and their extended families. \r\n\r\nA Visitation will be Tuesday, 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, February 7, 2017 at Grimes Funeral Chapels of Bandera.\r\n\r\nFuneral services will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Grimes Funeral Chapels of Bandera. Interment will follow at 2:00 PM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio.\r\n\r\nPallbearers will be Christopher Avallone, David Goebel, Joseph Goebel, Zachary Avallone, Jaylen Avallone, Jessica Avallone and Erin Avallone. Honorary Pallbearers are grandaughters, Olivia and Hailey. \r\n\r\nMemorials may be given to KAMI- Kerrville Alliance For Mental Illness, PO Box 294168, Kerrville, TX 78029, in honor of her son Mark.\r\n\r\n
