Neoma Wilson Wall, age 91 of Kerrville, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2015 at her residence. She was born May 18, 1924 in Pitcher, Oklahoma to Thelma Currier Wilson and Rosco Wilson.\r\n \r\nShe grew up in three states: Oklahoma, Louisiana and Texas. She married Dr. Robert Wall in 1945 and after marriage, had lived in Missouri, California and Arizona. She and her husband were married for over 50 years, until his death in 1995.\r\n \r\nNeoma had worked as a bank teller in LaMarque, Texas and in the payroll departments for Dow Magnesium in Freeport, Texas and for Republic Oil in Texas City, TX. She was in charge of her company's Junior Achievement Company and they won for being the best of all the chemical companies in the city. Her company was "Republic Oil."\r\n \r\nShe was president of the Mu Beta Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi for several years in Texas City.\r\n \r\nHer hobbies included oil painting, china painting and teaching both at times. She also loved bowling and archery.\r\n \r\nShe is survived by several cousins.\r\n \r\n"It is my heritage to think and act for myself - to worship as I please, and to enjoy the benefit of my creations. This I have done always with God's help."\r\n \r\nSpecial thank you to Dr. James Young, the nurses from Peterson Hospice, and her caregivers, for all their help.\r\n \r\nMemorials may be made to Peterson Hospice.\r\n \r\nThere will be no services at this time.\r\n \r\n
