Nancy Mcdaniel

Nancy Beth McDaniel, 54, passed away Friday, November 16th, 2018 at Hilltop nursing home after a short illness with a brain tumor.\r\n\r\nNancy was born November 2, 1964 in Kerrville, Texas to Tommy and Sharon McDaniel.\r\n\r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents, Tommy and Sharon McDaniel, grandparents, Kenneth and Amanda Russell and WC and Hattie McDaniel and numerous aunts and uncles and cousins.\r\n\r\nShe is survived by her brother, Johnny McDaniel (Jodi), sister, Mari Ann Scherer (Lewis), nephews, Levi Scherer (Mandee), Brett Scherer (Kirstin), nieces, Tara McDaniel, Summer Cox (Ned), Madison McDaniel, great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and her cat, Tippy.\r\n\r\nNancy loved animals of all kinds and had a kind heart and was always wanting to help people.\r\n\r\nNo service will be held. Any donations can be made to Peterson Hospice, 250 Cully Dr, Kerrville, Texas 78028 or one's choice.\r\n\r\nThe family would like to thank Hilltop nursing home for their kind and loving care they gave Nancy. There are so many to name but want to especially thank Krisha for all the work she did to get Nancy placed at Hilltop from the hospital in San Antonio, Fran who is the most amazing nurse, Marcelo, Jordan and the aids. I cannot praise Peterson Hospice enough, from the time I put Nancy on hospice until the time she passed away and the calls afterwards checking on the family, they are the most compassionate and loving individuals. Cynthia was her primary nurse but there were so many others that were involved that I cannot name them but want to thank each and every one.\r\n\r\n
