Myrna Mckie

Myrna Marie McKie of Kerrville, passed away on the 29th of July in Kerrville. She was born in Barberton Hillsboro, Ohio to Homer and Ruth Euverard on the 2nd of February 1925. She married James D. McKie on 2nd of February 2013 in Kerrville.\r\n \r\nMyrna was involved with blood donorship for which she had awards and also a volunteer for The Red Cross for which she was recognized with awards.\r\n \r\nMyrna McKie was preceded in death by James D McKie, and Clarence Strandberg, her first husband.\r\n \r\nMyrna is survived by her sister, Sister Elise C H S Convent of the Holy Spirit New York; step children, Thomas and Larissa McKie of Edmond, Oklahoma and Linda Sheehy and Keith Petitt of Tyler, Texas; 5 step grandchildren; and 11 step great-grandchildren.\r\n \r\nGraveside services will be held at 11 AM, Friday, August 4, 2017 at Garden of Memories Cemetery officiated by Rev. Sam Hunnicutt. \r\n \r\nIn lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hunt United Methodist Church or to a charity of one's choice.\r\n
