Mildred Gallagher

Mildred A. Gallagher, 90, passed away Thursday, October 20, 2016 at her home in Kerrville. On February 18, 1926, Mildred Picadura Gallagher was born in Honolulu, Hawaii to Joseph de Costa Picadura and Agnes Pacheco Picadura. \r\n \r\nMillie met Jack G. Gallagher when he was stationed in Hawaii with the Navy. They were married on November 22, 1945 and were inseparable until his death in 2012. They called Galveston their home until relocating to Kerrville in the early 1990's. \r\n \r\nAlso preceding Millie in death are her parents and brothers, Robert and William.\r\n \r\nSurvivors include her sister, Blanche Willingham of Hawaii; niece, Norma Molina of San Diego, California; and numerous great nieces and nephews in Hawaii and San Diego.\r\n \r\nThere will be a memorial mass at 11 AM, Friday, October 28, 2016 at Notre Dame Catholic Church. Burial is scheduled at a later date.\r\n \r\nIn lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society or the charity of one's choice. \r\n \r\n
