Michael Garza

Michael Mark Garza, II passed away unexpectedly in an Austin hospital on Monday, March 4, 2019. He was 34 years old and a resident of Cedar Park, Texas. He was a former longtime resident of Bandera and still has many family ties to the area.\r\n\r\nMichael was born May 2, 1984 in San Antonio, Texas to Maria Villanueva Garza and Michael Mark Garza, Sr. He was their only son. Survivors include his mother Chayo Sanchez; father Michael Garza; daughter Criston Harvill; Fiance Cheyenne Day; maternal grandmother Carolina Villanueva; sisters Diana Beauchamp, Jessica Garza, Melissa Sanchez, Casey Sanchez and Vanessa Rodriguez; aunts Elisa Emerson, Irene Florez and Dolores Potts; also many nieces, nephews and extended family members and treasured friends who loved him dearly. He will be missed by many.\r\n\r\nThe Rosary will be recited Friday, March 8, 2019 at 6:00 PM at Grimes Funeral Chapels of \r\n\r\nBandera. Mass will be celebrated Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 3:00 PM at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church with interment to follow at the New Catholic Cemetery.
