Michael Behnsch

Michael Roy Behnsch, 71, of Kerrville, Texas, passed away on February 21, 2019 in Kerrville, Texas. He was born in San Antonio, Texas to Earl and Doolie Behnsch on August 9, 1947. He married Carol Klein on July 3, 1990 in Rocksprings, Texas.\r\n\r\nHe graduated from Harlandale High School in San Antonio, Texas. He worked as a Senior Project Manager for Valley Telephone Co-op for 24 years. He served in the National Guard for four years. While employed at Valley Telephone Co-op he received the Bronze Level Manager Certification, along with the Silver and Gold Level Manager Certifications. Also while employed at Valley Telephone Co-op, he received the Operation Wild Horse and Operation Mustang Awards, and also a Retirement Award.\r\n\r\nMichael is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Doolie Behnsch.\r\n\r\nMichael is survived by his spouse Carol Behnsch; son Brett Behnsch and wife Kristy, son Charles Mains and wife Tammy; sisters Vivian Reed, Lillian Riley, Dorsie Pape and Patty Donovan; grandchildren Breana, Colton, Derrick, Michal, Austin, and Michael; 4 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.\r\n\r\nMemorial services will be held at 2pm, Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Grimes Funeral Chapels of Kerrville with Steve Evens of House of Praise of Barksdale, Texas officiating.\r\n\r\nThe family of Michael wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Peterson Regional Medical Center of Kerrville, Texas.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
