Maurine Baublit Clark was born on February 24, 1924 and passed on March 27, 2019 at the age of 95. \r\n\r\nShe was born on Morris Ranch in Gillespie County to Adolph and Estella Ersch, then moved to Kerrville, Texas where she grew up and became a 1941 Tivy High School Graduate - TFND!\r\n\r\nMaurine married Philip Howard Baublit on December 17, 1942, had 5 wonderful children and ministered along side her husband for 42 years, until his death on October 20, 1984.\r\n\r\nShe married Russell Clark on October 20, 1990 and were together until his death in 2002. \r\n\r\nShe was a wonderful Mother, Minister's Wife, Sunday School Teacher, a community leader with Welcome Wagon and HUB Center in both Fredericksburg and Kerrville. \r\n\r\nMaurine, a great woman of faith, loved life and giving herself to her children, their families and many nieces, nephews and friends, all precious to her heart.\r\n\r\nShe is survived by 5 children, Rosalie and Stan Cook of Austin, Dayton and LaVerne Baublit of Kerrville, Roger and Marlene Baublit of Kerrville, Evelyn and John Massey of Canyon Lake and Eunavae Tonroy and Tommy Rodriguez of Kerrville. She was blessed with 14 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Faye Speight of Kerrville. \r\n\r\nMaurine was preceded in death by parents, Adolph and Estella Ersch; sister, Dora Walling; and brother, Dayton Ersch.\r\n\r\nFuneral services will be held at Grimes Funeral Chapels on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2019. Public viewing is between 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm and funeral service will begin at 3:00 pm. Graveside services will follow immediately after at Garden of Memories Cemetery (Hwy 16 on right).\r\n\r\nIn lieu of flowers, donations are welcomed and directed to Peterson Hospice.\r\n
