Mary Wells

Mary H. Wells, 78, of Bandera passed away June 15, 2016. She was one of 9 children born to Adolph and Delphina Carson on August 1, 1937 in El Paso, Texas. She married James Wells on July 20, 1957.\r\n\r\nMary worked many different jobs for various businesses in Bandera for 15 to 20 years. She was able to live in Madrid, Spain for awhile during her husband's military tour.\r\n\r\nMary is preceded in death by her husband, James; parents, Adolph and Delphina, sisters, 3; brothers, 3.\r\n\r\nMary is survived by her children, Rebecca Ybarra and her husband, Lee Roy, James Wells Jr. and his wife Patricia, Michael Wells and his wife Susan, Margret Giesen and her husband, Randy Qullen, Marie Hesskew and her husband, Walter; siblings, Clara Blancas and Adolph Carson Jr.\r\n\r\nA visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Bandera.\r\n\r\nMass will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, June 23, 2016 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Bandera with Father John Nolan officiating. Interment will follow at 2:30 PM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.\r\n\r\nIn lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to St. Stanislaus Catholic Church.\r\n\r\n
