Mary Morrison

Mary Josephine (Jo) Leverenz Morrison, age 80, passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at her residence in Kerrville, Texas. She was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan to Agnes and William Leverenz. She married Robert (Bob) Morrison on July 4,1959 and they were married 47 years and had two children, Diane and David.\r\n \r\nShe graduated from Albuquerque High School and attended UNM, BPCC and Henderson State College. She had a 20 year banking career in Shreveport, Louisiana. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, P.E.O. Chapter GA, Kerrville Art Club and loved art, golf and dancing.\r\n \r\nShe was predeceased by husband Bob; and son, David; and parents, Agnes and William Leverenz.\r\n \r\nSurvivors include daughter, Diane and her husband Rick Byles; grandson, Cory Byles and wife Jessica; granddaughter, Magan Byles; great-grandchildren, Aiden and Addison Byles; and Tom Prufer, her best friend.\r\n \r\nMemorial services will be held 10 AM, Monday, May 21, 2018 at First Presbyterian Church of Kerrville officiated by Rev. Dr. Rob Lohmeyer.\r\n
