Mary Fitzpatrick

At 90 years old, Mary Catherine Fitzpatrick passed away on Monday, July 3, 2017 after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease.Mary was born to Richard and Winifred LaRoche in Washington D.C. on April 11, 1927. \r\n\r\nShe had a deep devotion to the Catholic religion and was a committed sister, mother, friend and grandmother.Mary liked to travel, and loved to talk about all of the beautiful places she wanted to visit. She loved to sing and dance with her grandchildren. She was "the queen" of every holiday party and loved a good champagne toast.\r\n\r\nMary is predeceased by her parents, Richard and Winifred; her brother, Richard; her sister Francis; and her late, former husband, Bud Fitzpatrick.\r\n\r\nMary is survived by her sisters Joan, Anne and Susie; her brother John; her sons Kevin and John; her daughters Kathy and Eileen; her grandchildren Shannon, Sara, Autumn, Julie, Morgan, Kati and Will, and her great-grandchildren Hailey, Jordan, Hendrix, Alivia and Bryden; and the rest of her loving family and friends.\r\n\r\nA Visitation will be 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Sunday, July 9, 2017 at Grimes Funeral Chapel of Bandera.\r\n\r\nA Rosary will be held 10:30 AM, Monday, July 10, 2017 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church followed by the Mass at 11:00 AM. Rev. Msgr. Frank Kurzaj will be officiating.\r\n\r\nBurial will follow at the Old Catholic Cemetery.
