Marion Heisler

Marion Ray Heisler age 72 passed away Thursday, August 17, 2017 in a Boerne, Texas care facility. He was a resident of Bandera County for many years. Marion Served his community as a volunteer with the Medina Lake Fire Department and Bandera County EMS for many years. He served his country honorably in the Navy during the Vietnam conflict and served God as a member of The Church of 1910 in Boerne, Texas.\r\n\r\nMr. Heisler was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Ray. \r\n\r\nHe is survived by his wife of 53 years, Kay;daughters Sally Marie Heisler and husband Andy Vyverman, Donna Gay Heisler Bomnskie and husband Glenn and HeatherDiane Heisler Jones and husband Steven; sisters Barbara Hopf and husband Keenan, and Sandra Hearn; brother Joe Heislerand wife Linda; grandchildren Savanna Rose Heisler, Katon Lane Jones and Zoe Rachel Jones and numerous other extended family.\r\n\r\nA Celebration of Life will be held at the Twin Elm Guest Ranch Sunday, August 27, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. Inurnment will take place at a later date for the immediate family with military honors.\r\n\r\nThose who desire, may make memorial gifts to any Veteran's organization or to your local Fire Department.
