Marilu Bradford Reynolds, 79, passed away on Friday, September 15, 2017 in Kerrville, Texas. She was born in Ada, Oklahoma to Wilbur Haskel Bradford and Edwin Inez Bradford on October 10, 1938. She married Bailey Dunlap Reynolds on February 10, 1977 in Tyler, Texas.\r\n \r\nShe went to school at Fort Smith, Arkansas. She graduated from University of Arkansas, majoring in music. She was trained as a Dramatic Soprano and performed in numerous Operas in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Tennessee. She was Choir Mistress for the First Presbyterian Church in Franklin, Tennessee for many years.\r\n \r\nShe was in great demand as a soprano soloist in many religious musical performances throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas. She appeared as the lead soloist in more than 20 performances of the popular Christmas presentation of "Messiah" by George F. Handel.\r\n \r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur (Brad) Bradford and Inez Bradford, and her eldest daughter, Katheryn Kelly Reynolds.\r\n \r\nShe is survived by her husband, Bailey D. Reynolds; one son, William Murrey Reynolds (Martha) and 5 grandchildren, Sarah Reynolds, William Reynolds, John Reynolds, Maximilian Reynolds, and Natalie Reynolds; one daughter, Mary Bradford Zimmermann (Glenn) and 3 grandchildren, Madeline Zimmermann, Mayson Zimmermann and Bailey Zimmermann.\r\n \r\nA memorial service will be held at St. Barnabus Episcopal Church in Fredericksburg, TX on Friday, October 27th at 2pm.\r\n
