Margrit Gunther

Margrit Eva Gunther, 86, of Pipe Creek Texas, passed away on June 15, 2022, in San Antonio.  She was born in Berlin, Germany to Ernst and Erna Krause on January 21,1936.  She married Gerhard Gunther on May 24, 1954 in Berlin,Germany.

She grew up and went to school in Berlin. After immigrating to the U.S., she worked for the German Military Representative to MC/NATO, Lackland Branch Office and worked for Bandera ISD for 26 years primarily as Tax Collector.

Margrit is preceded in death by her husband Gerhard Gunther.

Margrit is survived by her children Silvia Dugosh and Robert Gunther and their spouses, Danny Dugosh and Kimberly Gunther. Grandchildren Clifton Dugosh and wife Renee, Travis Dugosh and wife Laurel, Shelby Gunther, Stephanie Gunther, Rebecca Uhouse, Harmony Uhouse.  Great Grandchildren, Liam and Everett Dugosh.  She will be missed dearly.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 11:00am at Grimes Bandera Funeral Chapel. Reception to follow at the St. Josephs Parish Hall next to St. Stanislaus Catholic Church.
