Margie Lee Bratton

Margie Lee Bratton, 86 of Bandera passed away on November 5, 2023. She was born in Comfort, Texas to Edwin and Dollie Schoenert on September 27, 1937. She married Bernie Bratton on January 10, 1959.

She attended school in Comfort till 3rd grade. Later she would graduate in Bandera in 1956. She had Margie’s Beauty Shop from 1967 to December 2002 when she had a stroke.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Margie is survived by her son Billy and his wife Kathy Bratton.

Grandchildren, Remington and his wife Jennifer Bratton, and Kolton and his wife Courtney Bratton.  Great grandchildren, Knox Bratton who was just born on November 3, 2023, Rozelyn Bratton, Ezekiel Bratton, and Sterling Brown (companion).

Visitation will be held Thursday November 9, 2023, from 5:00-7:00 PM at Grimes Bandera Funeral Chapel.

Funeral Services will be Friday November 10, 2023, at 10:00 AM at Grimes Bandera Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Bandera Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Remington Bratton, Kolton Bratton, Tommy Isbell, Elliott Tijernia, Everett Tijernia, and Karl Beuttner.
