Margaret Ann Rodgers passed away on June 6, 2023 in Bandera, Texas. She was born in San Antonio, TX to Hugh and Evelyn Lindsey on February 21, 1943, shortly before her father left to serve as a U.S. Army chaplain in WWII.
Margaret graduated from Baylor University in 1964 and went on to marry her husband of 58 years, James Rodgers on August 8, 1964.
She is survived by her husband James Rodgers, sister Janelle Lindley, daughters Melodee Duesing, Laurie Chowning, and Wendy Rodgers, and son Blake Rodgers. She was blessed with 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
A memorial service will be held on July 29 at Community Fellowship Church of Christians in Lake George, CO and will be officiated by Dr. Gerard Reed.
The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the many doctors, nurses, and therapists that were involved in caring and treating Margaret Ann throughout her battle with ALS. In lieu of flowers, they would like donations made to Team Gleason.
