Margaret Kennedy

Margaret Doyal Kennedy passed away Thursday, October 19, 2017 in Fredericksburg, TX. \r\n \r\nShe was of the Baptist faith.\r\n \r\nShe was born in Grit, TX to E.W. and Dicie Doyal on January 19, 1919. She married Roy Kennedy on November 29, 1936 in Brady, TX.\r\n \r\nMargaret is survived by daughter, June Myers of Llano, TX; grandchildren, Cindy Robertson, Doyal Myers (Tommi), Melanie Myers (Brian) and Kenneth Henderson; great grandchildren, Levi Robertson, Kendra Motz (Brad), Cody Myers, Kristen Pennington, Matt Castro (Cessy) and Ashley Honey (David); great-great grandchildren, Danica Robertson, Korbin Robertson, Camille Robertson, Addison Honey and Luke Honey; as well as special nieces and nephews.\r\n \r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents; eight siblings; her husband in 1982; daughter, Sherry Henderson; son-in-law, Kenneth Myers; grandson, Dennis Nixon; and great grandson, Jarod Myers.\r\n \r\nAmong her many talents was making purses from the corks of soft drink caps as well as sewing mens suits during WWII.\r\n \r\nHer family will always love and miss her.\r\n \r\nA Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.\r\n
