Manuel Ayala Jr.

Manuel "Ciro" Ayala Jr., of Kerrville, has gone on to be with our Lord on Sunday, August 28, 2016. He was 87. He was born to Manuel and Juanita Ayala on November 20, 1928. \r\n \r\nHe was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Yolanda; his brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Olivia Ayala.\r\n \r\nHe is survived by his sister, Maria Ayala Garza of Kerrville and his brother and sister-in-law, Henry and Emma Ayala of Kerrville; along with numerous nieces and nephews.\r\n \r\nCiro and his brothers owned and operated Manuel Ayala Trucks, the family business, for many years. He was a dedicated member of Notre Dame Catholic Church where he served as an usher.\r\n \r\nAfter retiring from a career of driving a truck, he enjoyed his favorite past time - playing golf at Schreiner Golf Course with family and friends.\r\n \r\nRosary will be held 6 PM, Thursday, September 1, 2016 at Grimes Funeral Chapels officiated by Deacon Jimmy Bill.\r\n \r\nMass will be held 11 AM, Friday, September 2, 2016 at Notre Dame Catholic Church with Father David Wagner as celebrant. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.\r\n \r\n
