Mallie Hyde

Mallie A. Hyde, 77, of Kerrville, passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at her home.\r\n\r\nShe was born to the late Edward T. and Ola Hunt on February 25, 1941 in Tampa, FL. Married to Bennie M. Hyde in Tampa, FL in 1964, Mallie was a beloved Wife and Mother for 55 years. She was a devout Christian, a member of the First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, as well as a past worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star.\r\n\r\nMallie is survived by her devoted daughter, Eva M. Hyde of Kerrville; son, Jason B. Hyde, wife, Dana and granddaughter, Danielle M. Hyde of Peyton, CO; brother, Edward T. Hunt, Jr. and wife, Johnnie of Sanford, FL; and brother, Ralph P. Hunt of Salem, OR.\r\n\r\nThe family wishes to thank all of those who cared for her during her last days.\r\n\r\nFor those who have known Mallie during her journey with us, her graveside service will be held Sunday, November 25, 2018 at 2 PM in the Nichols Cemetery.\r\n\r\nThere will be a visitation from 5-7 PM, Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Grimes Funeral Chapels.\r\n\r\nMemorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.\r\n\r\n
