Maisie Meredith passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born in West Lafayette, Indiana to Donald J. and Francis (Bunn) Hendrickson. \r\n\r\nShe was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Meredith in July 2013.\r\n\r\nSurvivors include daughter, Susan Cox (Clois); sons, Donald Brindley and William Meredith; sister, Beverly Sterling (Ralph); grandchildren, Sean Brindley, Kelly Berner (Brian), Jeremy Durkin (Katie) and Kevin Brindley; and four great-grandchildren.\r\n\r\nMaisie was a member of the Kerrville Quilt Guild and Quilt Bee.\r\n\r\nThere are numerous people we would like to thank including: Kathy, Julie, Irene and Tommy, no words to say; the Creations crew that supported and helped sustain quality of life; Mom's awesome neighbors who cared, helped pick them up, for both her and our Dad; George and Teresa; Vesta, Judy and Mickie; Dr. Mehendale; Heart Choices- Lari and Rebecca; caregivers - Estela and Elisavet; Kathy Andrews - magnificently awesome physical therapy; Cheryl at Tuxedo Hair salon; Quilt Guild people- Jean (Kusch), Donna (Scofield), and Mary; all the personnel at Centennial Bank on Junction Hwy, your help transitioning and honest caring of Mom was invaluable; Medicine Stop - thank you for all your concern; Aretha - Mom's very caring Post Office; all the kind people of Kerrville, who volunteered to drive her places when she gave up her independence; Kerrville, the caring small town, we can't thank you enough for all the love and support you gave to Mom during her struggles; Henry House and all the caring/loving staff; all the volunteers who dedicate their time to improve the quality of Mom's every day life; Cuts and Curls, Delia; Dr. Weaver's office; Dr. Bower and Alexa; Blanco Church of Christ for the crocheted blanket delivered to Mom; Guilding Light Hospice; Dr. G, Paula, Reuben, Rudy, Amber, Cassandra, Sami, and Ashley; Pipestone Place in San Antonio; Samuel, John, Danella, CoCo, Diana, Lisa, and Tira.\r\n\r\nMom fought hard for the 3 and a half year battle with Alzheimer's and dementia. She loved her family!
