Luke Parker Brown came into this world sooner than expected on July 17, 2002; and he left this world sooner than expected on May 14, 2020.\r\n\r\nGod entrusted Luke with the very difficult assignment of displaying to the world the true state of all mankind: broken, helpless, in need of salvation, and completely dependent on God.\r\n\r\nDespite his physical limitations he wanted to help everyone and be where the work was. He volunteered with Operation Christmas Child and many church projects. \r\n\r\nHe was a goofball and loved to laugh. He showed patience in suffering, contentment in limitations, faith in trials, and joy amidst sorrow. Luke had a profound impact on all who knew him and will be deeply missed. He did his work well and now his work here is finished.\r\n\r\nHe is preceded in death by all who ever died before him-some he knew and loved. We're sure they're happy to see him.\r\n\r\nHe is survived by Kyle and Tara Ashley Brown, who had the honor of being his parents, his loving sisters Grace and Isabelle, amazing Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and many Friends.\r\n\r\nFuneral Services will be held Thursday, May 21. A procession will leave Grimes Funeral Home at 9:00am to a graveside service at Polly's Cemetery. A reception will follow at White Rock Christian Fellowship in Bandera.\r\n
