Psalm 103\r\n\r\nThe retired USAF officer, 61, moved on to the next great adventure Monday, December 3, 2018. Born and raised in Kerrville, she seemed to take her hometown with her everywhere she went. No place was home save her picturesque Texas Hill Country.\r\n \r\nA dedicated registered nurse, it was rare for her family not to hear glowing praise about her. She had a gift for charisma few people possess today. Seeing her move through a room was a sight to behold.\r\n \r\nOur Lt. Col was stolen from us by early-onset Alzheimer's. Those wishing to send flowers or help pay for funeral costs are instead asked to please make a donation to the Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation in memory of Lt. Col Phyllis Hamilton.\r\n \r\nMy mother is survived by many people; including the Hamilton, Williams, and Rutherford families. \r\n \r\nWhile I dearly appreciate attempts at consolation, this had been a very painful experience and I ask you to leave us to grieve in peace. Funeral services will be private for this reason. A public wake will be held from 5-7 PM, Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Grimes Funeral Chapels.\r\n
