Lola Pacion

Lola Pacion passed into the loving arms of her savior on July 13, 2015 at her home in Ingram, TX after a brief battle with lung cancer. Lola was born in Oklaunion, TX to Marcus Nathan Smith and Susie Smith on October 8, 1928. She was a life-long resident of the great state of Texas and lived in Ingram, TX since 2003. She worked as a property manager for 40+ years in San Antonio and as a caregiver for several friends since 2011. She was a member of the Living Tree Baptist Church in Ingram. She loved none more than her immediate and extended family. Her faith in Jesus and our Lord God formed the foundation of her life and was her constant daily comfort. \r\n \r\nLola is preceded in death by her parents, Marcus Nathan and Susie Smith; her brother, Morris "Snuffy" Smith; and her sisters, Dorothy Gunn and Georgia Wilks.\r\n \r\nLola is survived by her sisters, Leona Bradley of Natalia, TX and Mildred Kunz of Baytown, TX; daughter, Sue Sisley of Ingram, TX; her sons, Mark Sisley of Ingram, TX and Jim Sisley of Leesburg, VA; grandsons, Jamie Sisley and Evan Sisley as well as her many beautiful nieces, nephews and friends.\r\n \r\nThe family requests that you often remember Lola with love and wishes to extend their gratitude to Peterson Hospice and the medical staff at Sid Peterson Hospital for their care and kindness in her final days.\r\n \r\nA memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, August 15, 2015 at the Living Tree Baptist Church in Ingram, TX. \r\n \r\nIn lieu of flowers, the family requests that attendees of the memorial service bring a brief hand written memory of Lola to be posted on the memorial board at the entry to the church.\r\n \r\n[contact-form-7 id="73" title="Send Condolences"]
