Lola Crawford

Lola Belle Crawford, 81, of Center Point, TX went to be with the Lord on February 22, 2016 in Kerrville, TX. She was born in Batson, TX to George and Katy Christman on November 5, 1934. She married George Crawford on May 7, 1955 in Bandera, TX.\r\n \r\nShe graduated from Agua Dulce High School, Agua Dulce, TX. She was a loving wife, mother and "Maw Maw" and aunt. She was involved in her church, in her church's VBS program and recently has been involved with the exercise "gals" in Comfort, TX.\r\n \r\nLola is preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, George and Odell Christman; and sisters, Betty McCrieght, Florine Streeper, and Helen Adams. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, George Gordon Crawford, Jr.\r\n \r\nLola is survived by her daughter, Dede and her husband, Juan Granado of Terlingua, TX; her son, George Crawford and wife, Joan of Center Point, TX; and her daughter, Wanda and her husband, Marty Northrup of Johnson City, TN. She was blessed with 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.\r\n \r\nVisitation will be Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 5-7 PM at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Kerrville, TX.\r\n \r\nFuneral services will be held Friday, February 26, 2016, 9:00 AM at Grimes Funeral Chapels. Graveside services will follow at 3:00 PM at Weesatche Cemetery, Weesatche, Texas.\r\n \r\n
