Leonard Baggett

Leonard was born to Arnold and Wilhamina (Billy) Baggett on September 17, 1942. \r\n\r\nLeonard led a very active life. He moved to Port Mansfield after his wife Marilyn passed away from an illness. He has always been an avid fisherman.\r\n\r\nLeonard met Judith Townsend when with friends buying snapper from him. They were married March 20, 2009. \r\n\r\nLeonard passed in peace on Saturday, January 26, 2019 from a long illness at the age of 76.\r\n\r\nHe is survived by his wife, Judith. He was a loving father to his children, Traci (Steve) Rhodes, Leonard Jr. and daughter-in-law, Dalia Vela. He also was a proud grandfather to Leonard III (Arnold), Christian and Marilyn Baggett. He is also survived by his brothers, Larry (Linda) and Terry (Candace) Baggett and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.\r\n\r\nLeonard will be remembered as a loving husband, father, an outstanding fisherman, humorist, proud patriot and US Marine veteran. \r\n\r\nHe was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Marilyn.\r\n\r\nA private family service will be held at a later date.\r\n
