La Crenshaw

La Verne Crenshaw, age 84 of Center Point, passed away Friday, June 26, 2020 in a Kerrville hospital. She was born on June 22, 1936 in Fredericksburg, Texas to Felix and Clara (Ernst) Boos.\r\n \r\nLa Verne is preceded in death by her parents and husband, William Bryan Crenshaw.\r\n \r\nShe is survived by son, Michael Crenshaw of Center Point. \r\n \r\nVisitation will be held from 5-7 PM, Friday, July 3, 2020 at Grimes Funeral Chapels.\r\n \r\nServices will be held at 10 AM, Saturday, July 4, 2020 at Grimes Funeral Chapels with interment following at Nichols Cemetery.\r\n \r\nMom, I Love You! God and His angels called\r\nyou away. Oh, how the angels rejoiced \r\nas you walk through those pearly gates today!\r\n \r\nMom, when they said you were going to die\r\nI refused to believe it could be true.\r\nHow could I allow myself to even\r\nImagine saying goodbye to you?\r\n \r\nMom, you were an angel here on earth,\r\nI learned so very much from you.\r\nYou were so gentle and so kind; your\r\nSmile would always see me through.\r\n \r\nYou taught me how to love unconditionally\r\nAnd how to be my very best in all I do.\r\nYou gave your all to me all my life.\r\nI miss you so very much!\r\n \r\nYou were more than a mom, You were my\r\nBest friend and a greatest person I know.\r\nOh, how I miss our special talks and\r\nAll the fun things we used to do.\r\n \r\nMom, I can never say goodbye to you,\r\nBecause I could never bear the pain.\r\nInstead, I say I love you, Mom;\r\nUntil we meet again.\r\n \r\nI love and miss you dearly!\r\nYour little boy.\r\n--Michael Wade\r\n
