June Brewer Abbott\r\n"With So Much Love"\r\n\r\nMrs. June Brewer Abbott, originally of Granbury, Texas, went into the arms of our Lord on May 13, 2016, at 11:00am in her home in Medina, Texas. She was surrounded in love by her first son, Thomas Wesley Abbott and daughter, Terry "Lakota" June Abbott. She was welcomed into Heaven to join (pre-deceased) her husband, Thomas F. Abbott III, her second son, James Ray Abbott, and her baby Drifter and all her other little animals she loved and cared for. She leaves behind one granddaughter from her son James, Jamie Abbott, who will soon bring forth a great grandson to be named Deacon James. \r\n\r\nJune was born on Oct 3, 1932 in Granbury, Texas, a share-cropper's daughter and the last of seven children. She hardly had a pair of shoes to wear as a child and didn't own her first doll until she was twelve years old, but she got her first Bible at the age of nine. She met her husband Tom Abbott of Fort Worth, Texas in 1950, a rancher, paratrooper, Game Warden, and Wildlife Specialist and Conservationist. They fell deeply in love and married on May 25th, 1953. They were married 56 years but together for almost 60. \r\n\r\nShe leaves us in this earthly world with shattered hearts, yet with the knowledge of what a beautiful gift she was to our family and how gracious God was to bless our dear father with her as his loving wife, and bless her three children with an adoring mother, a woman of the most perfect unconditional love, unquestionable sacrifice, angelic beauty and strength, and steadfast faith. To say good bye is beyond any pain one's heart can bear, but by God's Mercy and Grace we know we will always be together as a family through Him. Momma, we will await daily for your sweet delicate voice, hold still for your loving touch and listen in quiet earnest for your profound guidance. So Much Love Momma…So Very, Very Much Love…\r\n\r\nPrivate family services will be held at a later date.
