Judith Verhelst Chambers-Whetstone, 57, of Center Point, passed away on October 7, 2019 in Kerrville. She was born to Rene and Betty Verhelst October 6, 1962.\r\n\r\nOur Judy was welcomed into heaven by her hero, her father, Rene Verhelst; her beloved step-mother, Audrey Verhelst and her mother, Betty Kosub Osborn.\r\n\r\nJudy is survived by the love of her life, James Whetstone; her right hand man and nephew, Frank Hoover; her son, Kyle Chambers (wife, Erin); granddaughter, Harper Chambers; her loving sisters, Elizabeth Verhelst and Darlene Hoover; and her sweet brother, Steve West. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews who adored her, and by all of her wonderful friends, especially lifelong family friend, Gene.\r\n\r\nA celebration BBQ memorial to celebrate Judy's life will be held at the Verhelst Ranch in Center Point at a later date. \r\n\r\nJudy was our little spitfire and she will be so missed but we know that she would want us to live and party on.
