Jerry Lynn Miller, 71, of Bandera, passed away on February 20,2020. He was born in Denison, Texas on July 18,1948 to Ace Coleman Miller and Lucille Sullivan Miller. Jerry was married to his beloved wife Pam on July 4,1994 at their home in Bandera by the Medina River.\r\nJerry lived a full, satisfying life. He had degrees in English, Math, Accounting and Nursing. He taught Math at Boerne High School for a number of years and was a practicing LVN at the VA Hospital in Kerrville, Texas. During the Vietnam War, Jerry served in the Army in Panama.\r\nHe was known and loved for his sense of humor. He loved playing his guitar and singing, often making up his own songs. He loved riding his motorcycle, cooking, reading and just enjoying the beauty of the Texas Hill Country. He was writing a novel, which unfortunately was unfinished at the time of his death.\r\nJerry was preceded in death by his parents, brother Carlos and his sister Judy Yut. He will be missed by everyone who loved him, including his wife Pam, his sister Janetta Rupp, sister-in-law Robyn Miller and many nieces and nephews. He was loved by his wife's family especially the young children who enjoyed visiting their Uncle Jerry as he took them on expeditions around their property telling large whopping stories of bandits and cattle rustlers from the old days of Texas.\r\nMemorials may be given to Bandera Helping Hand.\r\n
