Jenny Strom

Jenny Strom, 80 years old of Kerrville, TX passed away on May 4, 2017 in her home surrounded by loved ones. Jenny was born in Chicago, IL and relocated to Kerrville, TX in 1977 with her husband and daughter.\r\n\r\nJenny is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Strom. Jenny is survived by her brothers Frank and Rick, her children Dick, Jim, Ken and Sharon as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. \r\n\r\nShe spent her life caring for her family to whom she showed unconditional love and support. She was a lover of animals and defender of equal rights and fairness for all. She was an artist and crafter specializing in tole painting and crocheting. \r\n\r\nNo formal services will be held. Jenny and her family members were able to arrange several gatherings during the last year of her life sharing memories and special moments. \r\n\r\nSharon wishes to extend her sincere thanks to everyone at Peterson Hospice, Alice and Lawrence Gullie, Wanitha Tucker, her brothers Dick, Jim and Ken as well as her sister in law, Diana for helping her provide a comfortable, safe and joyful environment for Jenny. Jenny will be missed and remembered well. \r\n
