Janet Kelley

Janet Ludick Kelley, age 90 passed away Friday, December 21, 2018 at her home with her husband and care givers at her side.\r\n\r\nJanet was born October 10, 1928 in Akron, Ohio to Ethel Corlett Ludick and Roy Edwin Ludick. She was a graduate of T.C.U. and a long time resident of Bandera. She cherished her friends and acquaintances.\r\n\r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Ed Kelley and her granddaughter Andrea. Survivors include her husband Robert Garvin whom she married on December 30, 2016 at Bandera Rehab and Nursing facility, the first and only wedding to take place there; daughter Claudia O'Neal, son Scott Kelley and grandchildren John, Kelsi and Natasha and many extended family members and treasured friends, she looked forward to the arrival of her great grandchild.\r\n\r\nIn keeping with Jan's wishes no services will be held. Instead, a random act of kindness would be appreciated.\r\nThose who desire may make a gift to Brighter Days Horse Refuge, her favorite charity.\r\n\r\nShe was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be missed.
