He was born June 26, 1930 in Waxahachie, Texas to James Bryant Stovall, Sr. and Alice Mae Elliott Stovall.\r\n\r\nPrivate services are to be held at a later date.\r\n\r\nIn lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to Presbyterian Children's Homes & Services: P.
